TWENTY EIGHTH SUNDAY OF THE YEAR

1. 17th October is the memorial of St. Ignatius of Antioch.

18th October is the feast of St. Luke the Evangelist.

2. Sunday, 19th October is celebrated as Mission Sunday. There will be a second collection which will be sent to the Archdiocese office. There will be a sale of tribal food items on 18th and 19th October, organized

by the Center for Social Action. Please patronize.

3. A gentle reminder to contribute to the Community Welfare Fund.

4. Those families who have lost or misplaced their family card have to contact the parish office with a letter of request for a new Family Card.

5. Kindly pray for the success of the National Symposium on Synodality from October 24-26, 2025, at St. Pius College, Goregaon East.

6. Today, there will be a second collection for SVP. Kindly be generous.

7. Saturday 1st November, All Saints Day, the Masses are as usual. Please note that the 7.00 pm Mass will not be a Sunday obligation.

8. Sunday 2nd November, All Souls Day, the Masses are as usual 7.00 am in Tamil, 8.15 am and 9.30 am in English, and 6.00 pm in Marathi. There is a box kept near the Altar for All Souls Day intentions. Kindly drop your intentions in the box.

9. The blessings of the graves on All Souls Day will take place after the 9.30 am Mass. 

10. October is especially dedicated as a Rosary month. Kindly participate in praying the Rosary in Church at 6.30 pm or in your families or during the statue circulation within your communities.
