EIGHTEENTH SUNDAY OF THE YEAR

1. 4th August is the memorial of St. John Marie Vianney.

6th August is the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord.

2. Parish Pastoral Council meeting is tomorrow/today from 10.45 am. Members, please attend.

3. The 7th of August is the Holy Half Hour and is conducted by the Youth group.

4. The Singles Ministry is organising a Meet to assist the youth to meet and connect, with the intention to guide, encourage and finally join them in Matrimony. The Meet is on 16th August 2026 at Seva Kendra, Our Lady of Salvation Church, Dadar. The registration is online only and in advance. For details, please refer to the notice board

5. Parish Liturgy Team will have a meeting on Sunday 9th August after 9.30 am Mass in the Church. Members are requested to attend.

6. We wish to thank our Sunday School Teachers and all Children for organising and presenting an excellent program for Parents’ Day. May God bless you in abundance.

7. Kindly pray for your parish fathers and for all fathers who served in the parish as they celebrate their patron feast, St. John Marie Vianney on 4th August.

8. Next Sunday's collection will be sent to the Archbishop's House for the upkeep of the Clergy Home. Kindly be generous

9. The members of the Bombay Catholic Sabha will be available in the porch to assist parishioners with queries regarding SIR Electoral Roll Revision on Sunday 2nd August 2026 after the 8.15 am and 9.30 am Mass. Senior citizens wishing to acquire the Government Senior Citizens Card can contact the BCS members at the BCS Help Desk in the porch.

10. Community Welfare Fund for July is Rs.1,42,202 /- Rs. 27,090 /- was given for medical, Rs. 12,000/- was given for educational aid.
