THIRTY FOURTH SUNDAY OF THE YEAR

1. Today, we celebrate the Feast of Our Lord Jesus the King of the universe.

2. There will be Eucharistic adoration after the 9.30 am Mass and will conclude with benediction at 2.30 pm. The adoration schedule is posted on the notice board, conducted by the Units. Kindly come in large numbers and take part in the adoration.

3. On 3rd December 2025, the feast of St. Francis Xavier, there will be Mass in Konkani at 7:00 p.m. The Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Succor will be at 6.45 pm. There will be a get-together with dinner after the Eucharist in the quadrangle. The charges are Rs. 250/- per person. Those who wish to take part in the get-together may contact Mr. Elias Fernandes, Mrs. Lilia Fernandes and Mrs. Jennifer Stephens.

4. Sunday, 30th November, is the cleaning of the Church after 9.30 am Mass, requesting the Youth and adults to come and help in cleaning the Church. Thank you.

5. We wish to thank Fr. Joe and Sunday School teachers for arranging a Pilgrimage of Hope for our children, and Fr. Christopher and the Senior Citizen Committee for organizing a get-together for Senior Citizens. May the good Lord bless you all.

6. The Catholic Charismatic Renewal Mumbai invites you to “The Chosen encounter'' a powerful audio-visual faith experience on Saturday, 6 December 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Church Grounds, Kurla. All parishioners are encouraged to attend; kindly collect the pass from the prayer group members.

7. The Stop-Gaps Cultural Academy presents the 42nd festival Of Festive Music on Saturday, December 6th, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, December 7th, 2025, at 6.30 p.m. at The Theatre, NCPA. Mumbai. For further details, please refer to the poster on the noticeboard.

8. It is observed that some of our parishioners do not contribute to the Community welfare Fund for many years, which is mandatory by the archdiocese followed by all the parishes. We come to know the same when the parishioners come for medical aid or any kind of help required. Therefore, kindly come to the parish office and start paying the Community Welfare Fund from this year. This will benefit us to help more needy parishioners, and also 15% of the amount is credited to the Unit fund. Thank you for your cooperation.

9. 'Snehalaya' Family Service Centre is organizing a festival of Families on Sunday, 28th from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm December 2025, at Our Lady of Velankanni Shrine Bhatebunder, Uttan, to mark the closing of the Jubilee Year. The day will be celebrated by a Festival Family Mass followed by cultural and family activities. All families are invited to be part of this Joyful celebration. For registration and details

10. The Examiner is a catholic Magazine which provides all new and other information in the Archdiocese of Mumbai; hence we invite our parishioners to subscribe to the Examiner. You can visit the book stall for more details. Requesting Examiner subscribers to pay their annual subscription of Rs. 1100/- for the year 2026 at the bookstall.

11. God’s Word diaries are kept in the Sacristy for the Eucharistic Ministers. Kindly sign the sheet and take one copy.
