TWENTY SIXTH SUNDAY OF THE YEAR
1. Today the church celebrates world Migrants Day.
29th September is the feast of Saints Michael, Gabriel and Raphael.
30th September is the memorial of St. Jerome.
1st October is the feast of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus
2nd October is the memorial of the Guardian Angels
4th October is the memorial of St Francis of Assisi.
2. Our Parish St. Vincent de Paul members are celebrating their patron feast tomorrow/today. May God bless them for their dedicated service. We wish to thank our parishioners for their generous contribution.
3. The Bombay Catholic Sabha is organizing a talk for the parishioners on “Women’s health and hygiene” today/tomorrow at 10.30 am in the school AV room.
4. The Parish Family Cell is inviting Married Couples and young adults from the following communities: Jawahar Nagar, Station Road, Piramal Nagar, Church Colony and Pandurang Wadi to a program titled *Family Life Today* on 2nd October 2025 from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm in the AV room. Refreshments will be served.
5. Our Parish is celebrating Agera/Thanksgiving Day on Sunday 5th October 2025. There will be blessings of the new corn at 8.00 am on the school ground, followed by a procession to the Church, mass at 8.15 am, which will be bilingual (English and Marathi). Kindly participate in large numbers for the same. Kindly pray together as a family while you have a meal at home.
6. The youth of our parish have planned to open the sports club every weekend from 2nd October onwards 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm. This sports club is open for all our parishioners, young and old. A variety of Games like carrom, badminton, chess, cards etc. will be made available to play. Please join in large numbers every weekend for some leisure fun time on the school grounds.
7. Parish Pastoral Council meeting on Sunday, 5th October, after 9.30 am Mass.
8. Holy half hour is on Friday, 3rd October at 6.30 pm, conducted by Eucharistic Ministers.
9. Masses for November will be taken from the 30th of September onwards.
10. During the weekday Mass, parishioners are requested to occupy the front pews in the Church. The last 3 to 4 fans will be switched off, since the number is less for Mass. This cause will be towards Care for Creation. Kindly cooperate with us. Thank you.
11. The Parish fathers thank you for last Sunday's collection amounted to Rs. 30611/-
