TWENTY FIFTH SUNDAY OF THE YEAR

1. 23rd September is the memorial of St. Peo.

27th September is the memorial of St Vincent de Paul, the patron of SVP.

2. The Bombay Catholic Sabha is organizing a talk for the parishioners on “Women’s health and hygiene” on Sunday, 28th September 2025, at 10.30 am in the school AV room.

3. Due to Communal disharmony and attacks on Christians in our country, the Archbishop of Bombay has sent a prayer to be recited by the families. Kindly pray for peace and harmony in the country.

4. We wish to thank Fr. Christopher and the Organizing committee for taking our senior citizens to the Mount Mary Basilica pilgrimage. May the Lord bless you.

5. We are thankful to Mr. Ryan Albuquerque and family for the shroud burial of their father Mr. John Albuquerque, which took place on 15th September 2025in our cemetery. This is a good decision taken by them as we are focusing on Care for the Earth and Eco spirituality. Secondly, a committee is formed to plan and execute this cause, which our parish has undertaken. We look for your support and cooperation for the same.

6. SVP member of the parish have expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the parishioners for being kind and generous for their bountiful offering during the novenas. 55 hampers were given to the needy.

7. On the occasion of the feast of St. Vincent the Paul, S.V.P. is organizing a festive lunch on 28th Sept 2025 for the adopted families of the parish.

8. Centre for Peace Trust has thanked parishioners for their contribution to the prison Ministry, which amounted to Rs. 56,350. May God bless your generosity.

9. The Parish Family Cell is inviting Married Couples and young adults from the following communities: Jawahar Nagar, Station Road, Piramal Nagar, Church Colony, and Pandurang Wadi to a program titled *Family Life Today* on 2nd October 2025 from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm in the AV room. Refreshments will be served.

10. Meet and greet for those seeking a life partner is on Sunday, 28th September at St. Anne's School Hall, Orlem Malad. For details, please see the notice board.
