PALM SUNDAY OF THE PASSION OF THE LORD


1. Today we celebrate Palm Sunday. Palms will be blessed at 8.00 am near the entrance

of Church Colony, followed by procession to the Church and Mass at 8.15 am. Please

take part in large number. The other Masses are as usual.


2. There will be Veronica Chant singing and Passo Service after 6.00 pm Mass in the

Church tomorrow / today, 24th March, 2024. Please take part in the service.


3. Triduum Masses as Follows:

28th March Maundy Thursday :Mass for the sick and aged at 5.00pm in the

Church .

The Lords Supper is at 7.00pm with washing of the feet on the ground. Followed by the Eucharist brought to the church for adoration conducted by PLT. and then silent adoration till 11.00pm.

29th March Good Friday of the Passion of the Lord :

7.30 am Way of the Cross in Tamil

8.15 am Way of the Cross in Marathi

9.00 am Way of the Cross in English conducted by PPC

10.00 am to 1.00 pm Three hours preaching by Fr. Andrew Aranha

6.00 pm Passion of the Lord Service on the ground followed by Passo

Service and Veneration. The Body of the Lord is brought to the church


30th March Holy Saturday :

7.00 am to 10.00am silent Veneration in the Church

8.00 pm Solemn Easter Vigil Services on the ground .Parishioners are

requested to carry candles.


31st March Easter Sunday

7.00 am Mass in Tamil

8.30 am Mass in English

9.30 am Mass in Marathi

No evening Mass. For Easter Unit Mass please contact your Coordinator or Animator.

Please spend time in prayer during the Holy Week


4. We thank Fr. Leslie and Sunday School Coordinator and teachers for annual day

celebration. Also we thank the Director, Coordinator and teachers for your dedicated

service in building the faith of our parish children for 2023- 2024. May God Bless you

and our patron St. Thomas intercede for your intentions.


5. Summer camps organized by Diocesan Youth Centre for Youth begins on 8 th April, 14 th

and 20 th April 2024 at RC Church Khandala. For details and registration please

refer to the notice board.


6. Joseph Cardijn Technical School, Dadar (E) offers a month long technical trade

especially for those who have appeared for their SSC/ HSC exams . During the

vacation knowing the basic of welding, electrical, car servicing, carpentry & fabrication

will always be useful.


7. Easter home blessing prayer cards are placed in the Sacristy, Community Coordinators

please collect and distribute to the families.


8. The graves of those buried in 2020 will be opened shortly. Family members/ relatives

who wish to transfer the remains to their Niches are requested to do so immediately

within 3 months. No personal reminders will be given by the Church Office unless duly

informed in writing. Kindly see the notice board, and for more inquires approach the

parish office during office hours.
