THIRTEENTH SUNDAY OF THE YEAR
1. 29th June is the Feast of St. Peter and St. Paul.
3rd July is the Feast of St. Thomas, our parish patron
2. The Triduum for the feast of St. Thomas will begin on Thursday, 2nd July. The Novena Masses will be at 7.00 pm. The Celebrants for the Masses will be from St. Pius Seminary. Please come and take part in large numbers.
3. Our Parish feast will be celebrated on Sunday, 5th July. The feast Mass will be at 9.30.am celebrated by Bp. Stephen Fernandes. There will be a Mass at 8.15 am in English
4. On Saturday, 4th July, join us for a Thomasian Dance Nite from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Passes are available at the book stall for Rs. 150 per person; this cost includes snacks. The entry is limited to the first 200 people, so do get yours early!
On Sunday, 5th July, after each Mass, we’ll host a minifete in the school quadrangle. Our communities will set up stalls offering mouthwatering food.
There will also be a Raffle Draw. The last date to submit the Raffle forms and the amount collected is 30 th June.
The fete will also feature games by the youth and an entertainment programme for all to enjoy.
Let’s come together in large numbers, invite your relatives and friends, and make our feast celebrations a resounding success!
5. Kindly send your children to Sunday School regularly. There will be a meeting of parents of Confirmation candidates tomorrow/today at 8. am in the conference room. At least one parent, along with the candidate, should be present for the meeting. There will be no Confirmation class / Sunday school on 5th July
6. Nirmala Niketan Institute avails admission for FYBSC Home Science, MSC Home Science in Textiles and Fashion Technology and MSC Home Science in Human Development. Please refer to the poster on the notice board.
7. One-day Marriage Preparation Course in Tamil is on the notice board.
8. On Friday, 3rd July, Holy Half Hour will be conducted by Sunday School Teachers at 6.30 pm.
9. Mass booking for August will begin from 30th June Onwards.
