SIXTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

1. 18th February, Ash Wednesday, the Masses are 6.45 am in English, 7.45 am in Tamil, 6.00 pm in Marathi and 7.00 pm in English. Ashes will be imposed during Mass. It’s a day of fasting and penance.

2. From 20th February, every Friday during Lent, there will be a Way of the Cross in Tamil at 5.00 pm followed by Mass in Tamil. Way of the Cross in Marathi at 6.15 pm. Mass in English at 7.00 pm followed by the Way of the Cross. The Way of the Cross on 20th February will be conducted by the Legion of Mary and St Vincent de Paul.

3. There will be a Mass for the sick and homebound organized by the Legion of Mary tomorrow/today at 4 pm in the Church. Requesting the family members to kindly arrange to bring the sick and homebound to this Mass and seek special blessings.

4. The World Marriage Day will be celebrated today on 14th February 2026. All married couples will renew their Marriage Wows followed by a get-together in the School Quadrangle.

5. The Senior Citizens Association of our parish will have a get-together tomorrow for those who have enlisted after the 9.30 am Mass in the school quadrangle.

6. Faith Celebration Day for the students of Std VII & VIII will be held tomorrow/today at Our Lady of Rosary Church, Goregaon West, from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm.

7. Kindly place your E-waste in the designated bin on the way to the cemetery. Please do not drop any other waste in the recycling bin.

8. Sunday 22nd February, 14 candidates of our parish will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, conferred by Bp Dominic Savio Fernandes at 9.30 am Mass. Please keep the candidates in prayer. We wish to thank Fr. Joe Gonsalves, Bro Vinesh, and Catechists Lilia & Gracy for training these young boys and girls to receive the Sacrament. May God bless them.

9. There will be preaching for Vocations on Saturday, 21st February, 7.00 pm and on Sunday 22nd February, 8.15 am Masses by Fr. Pravin D’souza from the Goregaon Seminary

10. Requesting parishioners not to place worn-out, broken religious pictures, frames, statues, rosaries, etc. in the graveyard/ Church premises. Thank you.
