Announcements - December 24- December 30, 2023

1. 26th December feast of St. Stephen the first Martyr.

27th December feast of St. John the Evangelist.

28th December feast of the Holy Innocent.

2. Christmas Vigil Mass on 24th December, 2023 at 10.00 pm on the school ground. There will be carols singing at 9.30 pm on the school ground. Please note there will be no 6.00 pm Mass on 24th December, 2023.

3. On Christmas Day, 25th December, 2023 Masses will as follows: in Tamil at 7.00 am and in English at 9.00 am. There will be No Evening Mass.

4. Holy Family Feast will be celebrated on Sunday 31st December 2023 we pray that our Parish families may continue to receive blessings and grace through the prayers of the Holy Family.

5. New Year vigil mass on 31st December 2023 at 11.00 pm and the Holy Hour at 10.00. pm in the Church. We thank God Almighty for all the blessings received on the parishioners and on our parish. Please note that there will be no 6.00 pm Mass on 31st December 2023.

6. On New Year day Mass in Tamil at 7.00 am and Mass in English at 9.00 am. There will be no evening mass.

7. We wish to congratulate Ginelle, Valerian, Valencia, Simran, Sohan, Merrick, Clare and Melriza for bagging second prize in All Mumbai Christmas Singing Competition held on 19th December, 2023 organized by Society of St. Paul at Bandra West. Among the 17 choirs that took part in the competition, our parish choir has won the second prize. This has made our parish proud in the Archdiocese.

8. There will be no Sunday school tomorrow / today and 31 st December, 2023. Sunday school will reopen on 7th January, 2024

9. On 28th December, Sunday School children who have registered themselves will have Christmas Tree from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm followed by the evening Mass at 7.00 pm and special blessing after the Mass for the children as it is the feast of the Holy Innocent.

10. The Centre for Social Action Office of the Archdiocese of Bombay has appealed for generous contribution to support the cause of the poor, tribal and other vulnerable groups. The envelopes towards Advent Campaign will be handed to you by your community Co-ordinator/ Animator. Kindly drop the envelop in the box. The Archbishop’s appeal letter for the same is placed on the notice board.

11. Parish calendars 2024 are placed in the sacristy, requesting co-ordinators to collect and distribute in your community.

12. Parish office will remain closed on 26th and 27th December, 2023 due to Christmas vacation.
